Traffic mayhem back in San Jose as vehicle transit restriction was lifted

Traffic nightmare is back in San Jose, Costa Rica as the Ministry of Transportation was forced to cut its vehicle limitation initiative to limit the cars on the road depending on their license plate numbers during rush hour traffic.

The lifting of the restrictions were made at the end of 2008 when the Costa Rican government released its new set of traffic laws, which has been under public scrutiny.
