The housing crisis the United States is not contained in the superpower alone. The crisis has also spilled to favorite vacation destination Costa Rica.
Due to the difficulty of financing, American buyers are discouraged from buying their vacations homes here in the country. This has resulted to the dramatic drop of real estate sales.
The Costa Rican real estate was once booming. Will it be able to revive itself again?
