Tico Times Celebrate 52nd Birthday

I am pretty sure that Tico Times was already featured in this blog. For those who do not know, Tico Times is the largest English-language newspaper in Central America, servicing expats from English-speaking nation.

Give Tico Times a balloon. It will turn 52 years old on Sunday. Happy birthday, Tico!

Today is June 29 2008, the last issue of the Tico Times that we received was dated May 23 2008. It's a great paper but the service is terrible to the US.
