We might consider that countries which do not fall under the developed nations category lack all sort of infrastructure, knowledge and know-how but this may be far from truth. Sometimes they offer better medical facilities since they are ready to experiment with new things without being over-conservative or afraid of the same. So no wonder that Ashton took the decision to goto Costa Rica for stem cell treatment of his ailment.
