Lender confidence will further boost in Costa Rica as the nation received an upgrade in its risk rating. From a satisfactory Stable rating, it was upgraded to a Positive. It currently has a grade of BB for long-term loans, which means Costa Rica is safe for loans in the short-term. More info may be read here in The Beach Times.
