Because of the legal regulations governing property ownership in Costa Rica, there are several institutions that a foreign national should contact to guide one through the process.
I am looking at the homes at vistaverde near rioseco/quepos. Is the new marina going to be completed soon? I want to be in the rain forest but I like the idea of being near a more sophisticated social scene....
anyone know?
