    The Soft Hard Crude

    Crude Oil is a commodity without which no nation would be able to progress and keep its economy on track. With the risings costs of the barrel many nations find it difficult to fulfill their oil needs for the lack of immediate funds. So when Venezuela offered a soft financing scheme for crude oil several nations are eager to join it, including the Costa Rica government although they are not sure when!
