The young generation is the future of any country and they certainly need to be empowered with proper technical education if the nation as a whole has to survive in the increasingly competitive world in the times to come. Proper planning is necessary for this and Costa Rica seems to be on the right path as can be judged from the new National Technical University which can absorb 8000 students
