    Why in the world would anyone spend money on this? Who needs 10 bedrooms and 42 seat dining room? If I had 50 million to spend then it would not be on a penthouse in Costa Rica that I would probably go to only three times a year. I would spend it on a very comfortable house and land I would use more regularly.
