After the long wait, Costa Rica has finally come up with a bill that will punish all violators of intellectual property rights. It was no easy job, of course, since the bill was revised a fair amount of times, but it's never too late.
Now, Costa Rica is only a few bills away to be able to get a Free Trade agreement with the United States
