The dollar is an important currency worldwide from the business point of view and so much is its influence that when exchange rate changes significantly it can cause problems to governments and citizens of other nations. This is exactly what is happening of late in Costa Rica where the value of the dollar has been rising steadily of late, leading to problems for people especially with loans in foreign currency
