Costa Rica is a well-known country of great beauty and known for being a retirement heaven. The upcoming holidays and vacation period will only mean an increase in tourists and expats visiting the paradise and upon knowing this, the government is planning to levy an additional of 15% additional tax t o international passengers arriving to the country. Though the cause is noble there will be various disadvantage for Costa Rica's tourism if the plan should be implemented,
