A Recent Study to Predict Next Dengue Outbreak in Costa Rica

Dengue fever had been an issue in Costa Rica. But with the help of the latest developed model that predicts where the next outbreak would be, Costa Rica hopes to decrease the number of Dengue Fever cases in the country. According to health officials of Costa Rica, with this invented model, they can predict the next location dengue will arise for up to 40 weeks in advance, and so they can make the public ready. Having just returned from the Osa and Golfo Dulce areas today, June 21, 2009, and having a fever with body aches, I see that Dengue has made its way into the central Pacific cost. Any info on how far south the disease has been reported?

If this is Dengue, it is pretty mild, now on day 3. Mostly just interested in the science of it all. I know the first case tends to be mild and is often asymptomatic.
