My son is taking an 18mth old and a 2 mth old to Costa Rica for about 2 months (then on to Guatamala for about 3 more. He is staying on the Caribbean coast and I am very concerned about both Maleria and Dengue fever, especially for such young children. He is English but they all live in the USA. Any advice for them?
