    A Costa Rican fishing boat carrying 2.5 tonnes of cocaine was seized on January 24th. Three fishermen were arrested but the police said they could not confirm the bust because of an ongoing investigation. This is just the lastest in a series of crackdowns to eliminate the narcotic shipments.
