Money matters a lot and big money matters more. But this may not be always the case for small money may matter a lot more than big money. At least this is what the people in Costa Rica have been experiencing for past couple of months. Now taking note of the problem of common people, the government has decided to introduce coins worth millions in the local currency. In the meantime just say - KEEP THE CHANGE
