Costa Rican phone company neglectes customers

Capitalism has taught us that in competition, there are opportunities for consumers to win. Unfortunately, in Costa Rica, the telecommunications industry is managed by a sole company, to the dismay of Costa Rican locals and expats alike.

For instance, getting a phone line in this Central American nation takes many months. I am quite sure that with this in mind, Costa Ricans would want to have another telecommunications company nearby.
