According to Garry Sheriff of property agency C.R.UK Global, Now is the best time to negotiate to acquire a property in Costa Rica which is in the light of the slow market.

Over 300% growth just within the last decade in Costa Rica's property market because of rising tourism and expats from North America.

More of the new high end housing development are already on Costa Rica's property market. Foreigners are also allowed for mortgages at a maximum 70% loan-to-value.
