76-year old Kite Man

Neftali Castro Cardenas has been making kites for 36 years and selling them at the park on sunny days. The trees that the kites get caught in were just a bit taller than he is when he first started.

Now that Banco Elca has been closed investors are charging the officials of the SUGEF that they caused the bank to increase its reserves for loans that could not be recovered and sold the banks assets for less than they were worth.
