    Never been known as having great roads was Costa Rica, but things are currently changing and very quickly as well, in the southern Pacific region.

    Record numbers of new travelers are coming to southern Costa Rica because of the new and beautiful roads, and this is bringing, and evidently, increasing real estate demand in the region, as well as that of commercial development.

    A dramatic increase in sales in southern Costa Rica, specifically in the Pacific Lots of Costa Rica, has been seen by the large developer of home sites and custom homes for expats.

    Yeah. Another "show" by the governments elites so their buddies can sell useless land for 50 times it's real value.

    After that everything goes to crap.

    Take a drive in Guanacaste to see what the roads will be like in five years and be careful or the bridge you are crossing might fall down.
