Tax reduction for Electric Cars

It would seem what one hand takes away (the increase in electricity rates) the other hand might give back... a tax reduction for electric powered cars (and cars powered by hydrogen or compressed air).

Maybe it would be a better idea to grow biofuels to use for both cars and electricity generation so both sectors could benefit!
